So, it's been one week since I gave up caffeine.

Yep, that's right -- no caffeine in seven days. I thought it'd be harder, but I have to say, I'm feeling pretty good. My mood swings haven't been too bad, and I'm not as tired as I thought I'd be. I still crave my morning soda, but I've found those flavored waters aren't half-bad. All in all, I'm feeling ok about it.

What? You don't believe me?

SHUT THE #@&* UP!

I think you should take a poll of the people around you.... to see it THEY have noticed that you have given up caffeine. Bet their story is completely different. LOL

Sorry I just can't give up caffeine. I love coffee to much. I don't drink pop/soda so coffee is my only source.

are you watching America's got talent??

Ha! They'd be the first in line to shoot me! ;-)

I just watched it yesterday for the first time. It was good, actually. I don't know that I'd stay home to see it, but I'll probably tape it and watch it when nothing else is on...

I tried giving up caffeine but I get terrible migraines if I don't have my daily dose.

I've been watching America's Got Talent from day one. It's not half bad, and that guy Pierce(?) isn't as mean as I thought he'd be.

I loved that young guy last night..I forget his name - - He played the piano/keyboard and sang a song he wrote himself.. something about blue velvet shoes and boarding a plane.. I don't know. But I thought he was really good. And how about that girl balancing on that bar! WOW.

OMG, that Russian trapeze act was AMAZING! I also liked the singer -- I'm glad he didn't suck. And I really liked the dancers from New Orleans. How crazy was that head slide move?!?

Hey, how about that fairy? She totally gave them the evil eye! HA

That singer is Eli Mattson. I believe he has a "site" on myspace. Just google his name.

That song he sang... wasn't his own. "Walking in Memphis" by Marc Cohn. One of my favourite songs!

Flavored water? I don't get it. What's wrong with regular water?
