Interesting...you make it sound all so good!!!I have never tried Ethiopian food... but my sister has. She loves it.
I was nervous because I can't eat spicy foods (between that and not drinking coffee, I might as well not be Spanish ... lol). It was really good, though. You should try it! Just ask for MILD! :-)
